REGULATIONS APPLY TO THE PROGRAM:

Below is the penalty for tour cancellation according to the company's regulations. We will flexibly resolve each specific case within the permitted capacity.

Conditions for tour cancellation refund of Party A:                                                                                                                                              

• If you cancel the tour after registration and 30 days before departure: tour deposit fee is charged
• If you cancel the tour 20-30 days before departure: cancellation fee 50% of tour value.
• If you cancel the tour 15-20 days before departure: cancellation fee 70% of tour value.
• If you cancel the tour within 15 days before departure: cancellation fee 100% of tour value.

Note: Whichever comes first, we will apply that.

Air ticket regulations:

• Vietnam Airlines: No refund, change of name, change of route, or separation of sectors is not permitted under any circumstances
• Flight times can be changed according to Vietnam Airlines.
• Regarding the nature of the group, the tour does not have enough departure guests will cancel. The tour operator will have the duty to notify guests 15 days in advance.
• When traveling, you should bring one of the following documents: (ID card valid under 15 years, or passport, birth certificate (for children under 14 years old).
• For children 14 years old (an ID card is required, if the case does not have to have a personal identity certificate in the form and stamp of the locality of residence).
• For children not traveling with parents, parents must have a written authorization from their parents, certified by the local of residence for the accompanying person, to check-in.

General regulations:

• If Party A cancels the tour due to the refusal to check in at the airport, Vietlovetourist is not responsible for the above incident. Program costs will not be refunded in this case.
• Due to the nature of the group, if the group has 10 or more adults, the group will depart on time. If the group does not have enough 10 guests, Party B will arrange a new departure date and notify Party A 15 working days in advance.
• If Party B does not organize the delegation to go on time due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, floods, war…. Party B will arrange a new departure date, all costs incurred will be agreed upon by both parties
