• Children from 10 years of age and older are the same standard as adults
• From full 5 to under 10 years old: Standard of serving, sitting in a car seat, sleeping with parents.
• From 2 to under 5 years old: Tour price includes only air ticket, insurance, drinking water. The cost of meals, sightseeing tickets if incurred, parents will take care of the baby.
• Under 2 years old: Tour price includes only seats on board in accordance with regulations of airlines, insurance, drinking water.

REGULATIONS APPLY TO THE PROGRAM:

Below is the penalty for tour cancellation according to the company's regulations. We will flexibly resolve each specific case within the permitted capacity.

Conditions for tour cancellation refund by Party A (Tourists):

• If you cancel the tour after registration and before 20 days of departure: tour deposit fee is charged
• If you cancel the tour 15-20 days before departure: cancellation fee 50% of tour value.
• If you cancel the tour 10-15 days before departure: cancellation fee 70% of tour value.
• If you cancel the tour within 10 days before departure: cancellation fee 100% of tour value.

Note: Whichever comes first, we will apply that.

Air ticket regulations:

• VietNam Airlines: No cancellation, change of name, change of itinerary or segmentation is permitted under any circumstances
• Flight times are subject to change according to Vietnam Airlines. If the flight time is changed, we will rearrange the itinerary to ensure full destinations as committed.
• Baggage includes: 12kg portable + 23kg checked in.
• When traveling, you should bring one of the following documents: (ID card valid under 15 years, or passport, birth certificate (for children under 14 years old).
• For children 14 years old (an ID card is required, if the case does not have to have a personal identification certificate in the form and stamp of the locality of residence).
• For children not traveling with parents, parents must have a written authorization from their parents, certified by the local of residence for the accompanying person, to check-in.

• If Party A cancels the tour due to refusal to check in at the airport due to personal identity / identity documents, our company is not responsible for the above incident. Program costs will not be refunded in this case.
• Due to the nature of the group, if the group has 10 or more adults, the group will depart on time. If the group does not have enough 10 guests, Party B will arrange a new departure date and notify Party A 15 working days in advance. In case Party A cannot follow the new departure schedule, Party B will refund the deposit to Party A.
• If Party B does not organize the delegation to go on time due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, floods, war…. Party B will arrange a new departure date, all costs incurred will be agreed upon by both parties
